Laziness to Study Often arises, Here’s the Solution to eal with it

Do you often feel laziness to study and in the end cause a lot of school work to be neglected? If so, you must find out some tips for overcoming lazy learning below.

The feeling of laziness when studying is very natural for every child to experience. This usually appears because you have studied for a long duration. In addition, lazy learning is also usually triggered by the difficulty of the subject matter being studied. However, don’t let the feeling of being lazy to learn continue to happen. Because if left lazy to study it can actually bring some negative impacts, such as lowering learning achievement and reducing learning productivity.

Tips for Overcoming Laziness Learning
Basically, everyone has their own way of dealing with laziness. However, there are several ways to overcome lazy learning that are quite effective, namely:

1. Set a study schedule


The first thing you need to do to overcome lazy learning is to determine the schedule and duration of study. For example, on Monday you will study Indonesian for one hour at 15.00-16.00 and Mathematics for one hour from 16.30-17.30. If necessary, also determine the material to be studied at one time. After that, try to stick to the schedule that you have made. Don’t hesitate to determine the schedule and duration of study according to your abilities.

2. Recognize learning styles


Everyone has their own learning style. There is a learning style while scribbling on a book or some while listening to music. The preferred learning style model will make the subject matter easier to understand and make learning enthusiasm increase. note you can also combine several learning styles so you don’t get bored easily and can always avoid feeling lazy to study. 3. Take regular breaks


The mind and body need regular rest. So, in between studying, there’s nothing wrong with taking a break to just take a break by opening social media or reading your favorite comic. However, limit the duration, so don’t let your rest time be longer than your study time. Ideally, rest for 5-10 minutes, after studying for about 2-3 hours.

4. Diligent exercise


No matter how busy you are in your activities, try to always exercise regularly. You don’t need sports that need to sweat a lot like swimming or basketball. Because walking, health, or jumping rope with a duration of 5-10 minutes is enough to overcome lazy learning.

5. Eliminate distractions


It is undeniable that sometimes the gadgets on the study table or the TV that is on can interfere with concentration when studying. Therefore, when studying try to eliminate all distractions that might interfere. For example by turning off gadgets, turning off the TV, and not putting pets into the study room while you are studying.
